Dentist appointment was a little late but she did apologise. Treatment very thorough, had a check up and clean. Very professional service. Thankfully no treatment needed booked for 6 months time

I had a root canal and crown fitted, my first one. The dentist herself was very considerate and knowledgeable, and explained the process in detail. The crown itself looks and feels like any other tooth. I was quite surprised! I was apprehensive about having the root canal but I didn't feel any pain and only mild pain afterward. So, all in all, a very good job indeed!

I booked a last minute appointment due to pain from an oncoming wisdom tooth; they were able to fit me in the next day. From the first time I experienced pain with my wisdom tooth to having it removed was only a couple of days. Kim and Faye were excellent, they made me feel at ease and explained everything to me prior to extracting the tooth. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend Light Lane and Kim as a dentist for anyone!

This was my first time here. Had excruciating pain in one of my molars. When I called, the receptionist Sharon, was really very understanding and booked me in immediately with Dr. Aujla. She examined my tooth and told that it was infected and fractured and booked me in for an extraction after a weeks course of antibiotics. Dr. Aujla has done a brilliant job. She is such a lovely, calm person and explains everything very well.. can’t thank her enough. Having a major phobia of dentists, I’m very happy to have found this place. It is very clean and I definitely recommend the dental practice. PS: I do understand the dentists and nurses are very busy but I hope there is some kind of a 2 minute follow up (say after 2 weeks time) just to see if it is healing all well. I think it will be helpful to the nervous patients like me.

I must say that Janine's dental practice was truly outstanding, even though it could benefit from a bit of redecorating as it felt a bit outdated. Despite the surroundings, the overall experience was brilliant. Janine's expertise and gentle approach helped alleviate my nervousness, and her attention to detail during the check-up was commendable. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel involved and informed throughout. Moreover, the staff at the practice were friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and comfortable, which is a big deal for someone with anxiety like mine. The waiting area was clean and tidy, and the receptionists were efficient in handling paperwork and appointments. Janine's professionalism and compassion truly shone through during my visit. She not only addressed my dental concerns but also took into account my neurodiversity, making the entire experience tailored to my needs. It's rare to find a healthcare professional who truly understands and appreciates individual differences like she does. In conclusion, while the practice might benefit from some modernisation, the exceptional care and personalized attention I received from Janine and her team made it an outstanding experience. I am grateful for the positive dental encounter and will gladly recommend Janine's services to others
