Our washing machine stopped working. We were looking at a 2 week wait for a call-out with a firm that wanted payment up front to set the appointment. Found Craig on Google. He was able to come round the next day, find the problem and fix it there and then with parts that he had brought with him. All for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Very impressed. Craig came the next day. Communication was good. He was able to replace the broken part on our oven which was causing it to short circuit. The price was fair. No issues. Would certainly recommend.

I called Craig because of a faulty dishwasher out of warranty. He explained his call out charge of £30 or a repair charge of £90 plus parts. We agreed and he was available to visit the next day, which was great. He arrived when he said he would, and was able to fix the dishwasher there and then without needing spare parts. So a total cost of £90, which I was really pleased with. He took the time to explain the reason for the fault and gave advice on how to avoid the same thing happening again (use the hotter wash more often to clear the grease that accumulates). He worked quickly and tidily and for a price I was happy with. I would highly recommend Craig.

Excellent service. I called because Google said he was still open, 5.50pm, and another review mentioned the same type of double oven that our issue had, a beko. Answered promptly and came out the next day. A quick diagnosis and the correct part fitted and all is well again. I would highly recommend based on my experience. Clean, efficient, polite.
