He was good and quick in response. He came on time and did the repair but did not clarify that he charges minimum of 80 GBP as labour charges. That was conveyed after he did the repair - we expected he is charging 40 as that's what he quoted as callout charges. They need to be transparent about their charges. Work was carried out nicely and in proper manner. Would recommend him but only they should be transparent on their charges.
