I have used this company recently and received impeccable service. When I came to Phil at Marrs he was brilliant I explained I wanted new appliances that were suitable for a large family but something that didn't break the bank buying it. Phil offered his expertise and guidance and I felt no pressure to buy anything at all. I picked the perfect machines and they were delivered and fitted for me efficiently allowing me to make the most of them straight away. From start to finish the staff were fantastic easy to talk to and really took time to listen to my family's needs. I really cannot recommend them enough. They by far beat any high street branded shop. The level of customer service is fantastic and the staff are very polite.

Booked an appointment to have my washing machine looked at, was very impressed with how quickly I got an appointment and how thorough Phil was whilst trying to find the fault. Im a landlord and contacted Mars on an off chance to see if the sell spares or know a local company that does. I can not praise them enough for the amount of time and trouble they went to to assist me and managed to get me a part. This really is top customer service, above and beyond especially as the computer was saying no. The part fitted and when tested didn’t leak -great result. The hardest part and most time consuming was actually fitting the cable tie! All round a big thank you to Phil and team.
