My sale was delayed due to some issues buyer was facing but if I am being honest Clare Caruana kept me informed of every step my sale was at. I must admit at times I got a bit frustrated thinking that buyer of my property was not a serious buyer but the care, compassion, understanding and professionalism Clare had shown was truly amazing! Like I said I was always kept informed by Coopers but at times when I rang the agency my call was always answered by a friendly voice, wanting to help. I am extremely grateful for the work Clare you and your entire team did for me. Thank you and absolutely I shall return to you if I may need any help with the property. Thank you again. 🙏😊

We finally reached completion last month for our property. Buying a property is perhaps one of the biggest investment that anyone will make in their lives to which the dawning process and proceedings can feel overwhelming. From the moment we stepped into Coopers, all of our doubts were gone with all of our questions being answered and confidence in the team and service lifted. Incredibly friendly and always willing to advise and help sums up a huge part of what we felt throughout the entire purchasing process. Emails, advice and communications were dealt with professionally and in good time too that lead to a quick purchase for us both. We especially liked the fact that the purchasing process was in keeping with todays digital age of signing and authenticating our interest to buy through apps. Their recommendations into a few specialist questions, was followed up quite quickly and resulted in us taking the correct cause of action when the time had arisen. We have already recommended Coopers Est Agents to others who are in a similar position as we both were in as a great provider of service. We still can't quite believe easy the process felt but we are sure that without the help/advice we had both received we would have done an injustice to ourselves.
