Megan has always returned my emails promptly, whenever there was a repair needed we’d have someone fixing it straightaway. There’s also an app where you can report your repairs and see the progress. Our experience with Suttons was to buy a property. We live in the South-east and planned to make a big move to the Midlands. Our first encounter was with Ryan, who was very professional in his approach but also his knowledge. His peoples skills were outstanding and something me and my family noticed immediately. After sale was agreed; our subsequent encounters through the sale process was with Gina. Gina has been fantastic, always calm, welcoming and ready to help. She knew we were making a big move and that this process was all new to us and she never failed at any point to make me feel comfortable and reassured. I never hesitated to phone or email her as I knew she would always get back to me. She was very professional in her manner yet very friendly at the same time. If she was unsure of anything, she would not hesitate to find out for me. Gina really made this daunting process a smooth one for us and one of ease.
