Played here this morning Started very well we received a great welcome at the bar/reception then at our booked tee slot played I have to say 8 mins between each group is a little tight especially if you have groups of four, so we were held up a little. I have to save the ground team are doing a fantastic job Course was a pleasure to play and you can see it’s well controlled except for a hole 14 where they have now use the temporary tee is the main tee and is in poor condition Little disappointed as I used to love playing the old 14th tee through the trees. All the greens are in fantastic condition. Overall we had a really good game of golf highly recommend playing here But once again we felt let down, mainly because no food finished after 3 1/2 hours went to the little lunch. Nothing on offer except for well done. Sausage rolls and bacon.? so if we went to McDonald’s hotel you’re missing a bit tricky folks not everyone wants just a pint but will see you again next year

Really nice venue. I'm only an amateur golfer and I'm not very good but the fairways and greens were in great condition. Decent price and a nice pint afterwards. Happy days.

Ansty golf club has a lot of reviews some good and some bad and because of some of the bad times Ive had there and not just my golf game I have avoided the course. However the course is now under new management and I have to say it looks like they know what they are doing when it comes to golf courses. We had our society day there and the staff where great they where polite, friendly and helpful. The course has been trimmed right back to make it more user friendly even though I still managed to find plenty of trouble. The greens have had a lot of work done to them and full marks to the new green keeper/ keepers they also know what they are doing. They did inform us that the greens sprinkler system was not working and some of the greens where a little dry but they where waiting on some new parts to update the sprinkler system. There was also a sign outside the club house stating a new clubhouse will be coming soon. In 12 months this course will look and play like most of the best around. Well done to the new management team you have done a lot in a short space of time thats making a big difference. Keep up the good work and we will defiantly be seeing our society again soon. ⛳ 🏌️‍♀️ Update 22/12/22 - since I last played, the course has defiantly become more user friend. All of the really long game destroying grass has been cut right back and the tree lines have been reshaped. The greens are in mint condition considering all of the rain we have had and its obvious that there is more to come with this course. The staff yet again where friendly and welcoming and I am really starting to enjoy playing there. #membership 🤔 . ⛳ 🏌️‍♀️

Had a lovely morning round at this beautiful course. It has a full, challenging 18 holes with the option to play the front or back 9 from the club house if you only want to play 9 holes. Positioned lovely as a course and the description hits the nail on the head. Some of the best greens I've played. Travelled 2 hours to get there and was not disappointed. Also the staff were helpful and very polite. Would definitely visit again 👏🏼👏🏼
