Stuart Sullivan Hypnotherapy

I first got to know Stuart through working with him. I was, and remain, impressed with his integrity, professionalism and ability to creatively address challenges. Most of all though, I admire Stuart for the fact that he cares about the wellbeing of others and has given over his working life to try to improve others' lives. I would unreservedly recommend him.

I contacted Stuart when I knew I needed to do something about my anxiety, as it was becoming out of control regarding an impending trip, and I needed some extra intervention. I am a counsellor and despite knowing tricks and tips, I needed something more and am always supportive of additional treatments alongside counselling. From the first assessment, it was clear Stuart was invested in my issues. I benefitted greatly just from that first assessment. The hypnotherapy sessions that followed were also of great benefit and Stuart works hard to personalise the scripts and plans he creates for each session. The room he uses is comfortable and he makes you feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend him to any of my clients, should they need that additional intervention and also to friends and family.

Stuart helped my daughter to overcome her fear of needles with just one session! Stuart was welcoming and provided a comfy and relaxing environment for the session to take place. My daughter has had this phobia for years and we don't know where the phobia came from initially as there have not been any negative experiences. After her first session with Stuart, my daughter booked in for a Covid vaccination and although had some slight hesitancy for about 30 seconds, after walking away and composing herself, she then went through with it without any futher issue. She was quite rightly, proud of herself and all thanks to Stuart. Highly recommend him :-)

The best decision I have made, this changed my outlook on life completely and I have never been in a better place. Stuart Sullivan worked very hard to get me into a healthier headspace. Clearly putting aside hours of his time outside of appointments, to explore possible solutions to my issues. I found Stuart when I needed urgent help with anxiety and depression. Planning each session ahead of time, yet still offering several options on approaches we could take together, he ensured I was comfortable and finding the sessions as useful as possible. I would strongly suggest getting help from a professional if you are having similar problems, and I could not recommend a better person that Stuart for this. An amazing man and Hypnotherapist. Joe
