Peacock Insurance was very good Back in the day but now they don't even answer the phone calls try for at least 4 days Early Morning or Afternoon and been on hold for 40 mins with No Luck must be sleeping on their Desks Soon will be backing there Bags and that be end of it.

The company itself is just like any other broker. On comparison website 1 quote is given then u call and that quote can't be given and a new provider usually is bit more expensive, but u have no choice u have to take it. Typical insurence company tricks of the trade. However my advisor Louis was great. Friendly, polite bit of a jack the lad but down to earth which I liked, did what he cud to try reduce price so no issues there keep up the great work and attitude mate, your an asset to your company.

Francis whyte has been amazing from the first moment we had a quote for the Motor trade policy. He's been very attentive, very quick on return calls. A complete asset to this company and literally got insured straight away. Keep up the good work!
