Came back to this jewellers given the service after my wife needed her engagement ring resizing. I needed my wedding ring resizing as it was slightly too big (purchased from another provider). I walked into the shop and was greeted by John. He provided great customer service and stated it would be ready the same day. I received a text to say my ring was ready for collection. The ring size was spot on and they also gave it a good clean. Can’t fault the service at all and will definitely return for any future needs.

Always amazing service! Took an engagement ring to be resized earlier this year - friendly gentleman assisted us, turn around was quick and great price! My daughter recently broke a very sentimental necklace from her grandma, just popped in to see if he could fix it... did it on the spot with no charge 🥲 Very overwhelmed and grateful! Visited John with my late mother’s engagement and wedding ring. He remodelled both into one ring as the original setting was cracked in the original engagement ring. I am over the moon with what he created and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. My daughter loved it so much that she is going there to get her bespoke wedding ring in the near future!
