Came to see them today after being asked to come back the next day wasn't able to conduct business here but was pointed in the right direction and the owner / owners son was super helpful thanks so much highly suggested place

Visited the shop looking to purchase a new wedding band and engagement ring , the owner had good product knowledge spending time with us as customers without the hard sell . the products we chose needed some adjustments advising this could take around 2 weeks to complete and would be in touch when they were available to pick up , true to his word i picked my rings up yesterday and as promised they are stunning ,i even purchased a new watch for my husband aswell . i definitely recommend the golden shop , the service is excellent and came away feeling valued as a customer , thank you so much , will definitely be a returning customer
