Visited the shop looking to purchase a new wedding band and engagement ring , the owner had good product knowledge spending time with us as customers without the hard sell . The products we chose needed some adjustments advising this could take around 2 weeks to complete and would be in touch when they were available to pick up , true to his word I picked my rings up yesterday and as promised they are stunning ,I even purchased a new watch for my husband aswell . I definitely recommend the golden shop , the service is excellent and came away feeling valued as a customer , thank you so much , will definitely be a returning customer
