2 weeks ago I asked to reduce the bracelet from the watch. The man who served me was very unfriendly and unhelpful. He looked like 'I work there as a punishment'.
Went to drop some items in for cleaning, the two members of staff, Chloè and Emma were amazing and made the process smooth and efficient. 100% recommend
