In the last 4 weeks have ordered 88 rolls of Rolawn medallion turf, 4 bulk bags of topsoil, 2 bulk bags of soil conditioner and a bulk bag of Cotswold stone chippings. Extremely satisfied with the quality of products (especially the turf, it looks incredible now it is established!) and customer service was great - easy to communicate with, polite and helpful. The guy who delivered the turf was very helpful, chatty and friendly. The soil conditioner had a few odd bits in there that perhaps shouldn't be (looked a bit like bits of plastic bag) but I imagine that's more likely from the general public not composting the right stuff, which probably eventually ends up in this sort of product. I think some of the bad reviews on here might be getting this reputable company confused with another company with a similar name (who do not have a location on google/ability to be rated, but do have a huuuge list of complaints on trustpilot!) who I initially mistakenly ordered from - terrible quality turf, not sized correctly, aggressive staff during communication etc. However Coventry Turf and Landscaping have been wonderful to deal with, and provided top quality goods, so definitely not the same! Highly recommend - thanks all!

I was in need of some turf last minute. Phoned up at 8am and asked if I could have 35m2 delivered the same day. The man on the phone said it was no problem at all. Turf was with me before 11am. Fantastic service for such a last minute request.

Have used CT&L a few times. Service is always excellent, with quality and value products. The staff from the sales team to the delivery drivers are friendly and knowledgeable and can't do enough to help. Highly recommended.
