Modern leisure centre with space for various activities including swimming, martial arts, badminton,football etc - Coventry FC academy home. There is a cafe which serves English meals and drinks. Parking is available. Staff were lovely

Great facilties, let down by cleanliness of the changing area by the pool and the shower cubicles and the spa always having problems. The jacuzzi only has bubbles in two areas, why can't all the jets work and the prices of food and drinks in the cafe are absolutely shocking. Egg mayo wrap and a bottle of coke nearly £6.

I was competing in the British transplant games. It's a good swimming pool with good facilities,and I had a look at their gym. Very impressed with that. If I lived in the surrounding area I would definitely be training/swimming here.

I had the pleasure of experiencing your outstanding customer service first-hand during a recent visit to the facility. On Saturday, one of our players sustained an injury during our soccer match and was unable to move on the field. We immediately notified you of the situation, and you rushed to the scene to assess the situation. You patiently waited with the injured player, greeting him and making sure he was comfortable while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Your kind and caring attitude towards the player's well-being was a true testament to your character. Additionally, we were impressed by your follow-up actions. The next day, you even took the initiative to call and check up on the injured player to ensure he was doing okay.
