Put in a call to this guy as he was local and independent. Turned out to be a perfect choice. Our 5 lever Chubb lock would not not open but it was not an emergency - thankfully - as I have had to pay astronomical prices to get tenant's locks urgently sorted in the past. Mark sorted the problem and replaced parts in the lock at a fraction of the price of a replacement lock. He even adjusted the position of the striker plate and the lock has never worked as smoothly as this in the 20+ years we have been in the house. Great job at a very reasonable price.
A quick response to my needs. Contacted them one evening and by roughly 10:30 the next day they were here. Very profesional and friendly and the job carried out very quickly. Would most definitely use them again should the occasion arise.
