Put in a call to this guy as he was local and independent. turned out to be a perfect choice. our 5 lever chubb lock would not not open but it was not an emergency - thankfully - as i have had to pay astronomical prices to get tenant's locks urgently sorted in the past. mark sorted the problem and replaced parts in the lock at a fraction of the price of a replacement lock. he even adjusted the position of the striker plate and the lock has never worked as smoothly as this in the 20+ years we have been in the house. great job at a very reasonable price.
A quick response to my needs. contacted them one evening and by roughly 10:30 the next day they were here. very profesional and friendly and the job carried out very quickly. would most definitely use them again should the occasion arise.
