Fire & Earth Sports Massage

Was very easy to book online. Liz was lovely and explained everything in detail to me as I’ve never had a sports massage before. The appointment went really well and I definitely felt a difference in my back/shoulders after. And we have a follow up appointment booked in the near future. 100% would recommend.

Very professional service in a clean and bright treatment room. Poppy was easy to talk to and made me feel at ease at my first experience liked this.

I had an initial 60 session with Sarah yesterday. She was able to answer my questions with regards to sports massages (as this was my first one). On top of this, she was quite thorough, fixing some of the restricted movements I've had over the last couple of weeks in my legs and back.

I would very highly recommend fire and earth at David Lloyd gym in Coventry in particular Poppy Headland I’ve recently been coming to her for my sports massages, I’ve been training for the London marathon and was getting a few aches and pains along the way and she was brilliant helping me get ready and achieving a PB also. Not just with the massages Poppy was great with advice and tips to help relieve some pain I was getting with my TFL/IT band pain and helped with some strength and conditioning tips for me to do at home. All in all an excellent experience.

Jenny was extremely welcoming and professional. Listened to my concerns about my injury and focused treatment accordingly. Felt comfortable and looked after throughout, and left feeling so much better. Highly recommend!
