Very helpful sales assistant (mac) who directed us to the area we were interested. when asked, he took us through the product details and left us alone to decide our options. confirmed we were interested. offered for us to try bed and if we would like a drink. sale processed with full explanation on payments and delivery etc. very positive experience for us. would use again.

Our experience today at the gallagher retail park store was great- was advised selected mattresses based on our answers from the sleep questionnaire. jackie was extremely helpful and answered any questions or queries we had. she offered us tea/coffee and left us for a few moments often to discuss what we thought of each mattress and gave us space to get a feel for each one. she advised us on the best deals and delivery dates - overall very pleased! thank you jackie :)

The staff at gallagher retail park in coventry are brilliant, really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. kidd who dealt with our sale was great. would definitely recommend getting your bed and mattress from here, very happy with the service.

We recently visited the dreams store as me and my partner were looking for a new bed. during our visit the gentlemen was lovely and asked if we needed any help, during the time we were only browsing so we didn’t ask for any help. however, we visited the store again on sunday 25th june, as there was a bed we quite liked and what to go back to look again. once we had a look around louise approached us and asked if we required any help or information, she offered us the sleep match demo which wasn’t offered previously so we decided to give it a go, the experience was great and gave us a better understanding of what mattress/bed would be more suitable for us. once this was complete she went through the differences of mattresses that we matched to and then provided us with two pillows so we could actually try the beds out for ourselves. we were quite keen on the one we had originally seen but louise still let us try out several before we came back to the original one. louise explained all the benefits of the one we had selected and also compared them to other beds and provided us with enough information, we were so impressed with the service that was provided we ended up actually purchasing the bed/mattress on the day. louise offered us drinks throughout, purchasing the product was quick and easy and we just went through some simple questions and arranged the payment plan we had selected. i must say it’s one of the best services we’ve received and if it wasn’t for louise we would still be aimlessly wondering around bed stores wondering what we want and not knowing half as much as the information that was provided. we would definitely recommend this store as the service was great and thank you to louise for being so amazing and helpful.

Would definitely recommend to anyone. i bought a mattress in a box from an online only store without trying it and i came to the store explaining that i want to return the mattress i bought as it is causing me discomfort and wanted something more suitable. mark helped me with the sleep match and showed me mattresses that were recommended to me. he was very knowledgeable of the products and allowed me to make an informed decision with no pushy sales tactics. he made me feel at home with a cup of tea and allowed me to spend time in the store trying the beds over and over. i later returned and dealt with louise who was equally as helpful. she explained the financing clearly and explained how the delivery side works. buying a new mattress can be daunting especially with it being my first time purchasing one, but the process felt so easy and stress free. louise also offered me a hot drink and an opportunity to try the beds again with the pillow that comes with the bed i purchased. i have already recommended dreams coventry to several of my friends and family and i would advise anyone to try the sleep match as it is free and i simply booked it online and the beds that were recommended to me based off the match were highly comfortable.
