Fantastic attitude and customer care beyond expectation.
Poor customer service. Went there to replace a battery. After a replacement phone behaves exactly the same - brand new battery last around a day. Gave us 30 days guarantee but they are not willing to do anything with it. Either battery wasn't changed at all or they dont know what they are doing. A their attitude. Wouldn't go again, wouldn't recommended at all. Wasted £30
They are really good . I bought phone from them which they advised . I am glad. So much appreciated the way especially they talk so politely . I must recommend them and say " Coventry Mobile Hub" is a must visit place. Thx..
