Very proactive attentive staff at this place. i had a good experience, was helped by pavan. 12/10 customer service by him.

Eye test and all the attention and scans was 100% however i found the choice of glasses were very minimal and same ish so went else where for my glasses which is such a shame because the staff are all excellent.

Went in and waited whilst my wife had her eye test. staff generally seemed good and attentive. however, the person dealing with my wife got the measurements wrong and they had to be all changed and tried twice to push for new expensive frames when they weren't needed. i feel that you could be made to feel like you need to spend a lot more money.

The optician was brilliant, she was so friendly and put you at ease during your eye test. however the sales member of staff let it down. she was chewing gum and pushed for me to buy new frames even though i said i wanted to keep my old ones. i understand she needs to push for a sale but she wasn’t too friendly. she wasn’t too friendly throughout the process and didn’t make me want to go back to that particular store again.

I was served by dani in cannon park, she was top notch and made me feel fabulous! from helping choose frames that suited me to advice on lens colours to match my skin tone etc , she was terrific and an asset to the store. the optician was brilliant too and explained everything clearly. the best eye services i've experienced since i started wearing glasses aged 13 and that was in the 80's.
