Vanity Dog and Cat Professional Grooming

Today my cat Crystal went to see Kelly at Vanity Dog and Cat Professional Grooming and was treated for her uncomfortable clumping fur, after having a consultation a week ago. Kelly obviously loved her job and it was clear to see she loved cats ,dogs and animals ..she was excellent with Crystal who is my timid 11 year old cat ( Pedigree BSH silver Tabby cat ) She was very professional and has a lovely , safe set up for the animals. ,she was very gentle, friendly and reasonable and she talked me through exactly what treatment Crystal would be having . . When I picked Crystal and her football size bag of excess fur up I was very happy with her beautiful shiny transformed coat and her trimmed nails.she seemed quite relaxed and since coming home she is very happy. I wish Kelly all the best and she deserves to be recognised for her high standards. I will definitely be recommending her and will also return to her in the future. Kelly understands my dogs’ characters and quirks, so they really relax and enjoy their visits. My long haired dog has a utility lifestyle, so she grooms him beautifully... but takes my request on board so that he can stay clean and practical when he’s at home and working with the horses. She is extremely skilful when doing my terrier’s nails... something I had trouble with before we started our visits. A professional, but personal experience for myself and my dogs. I travel 90 minutes to the salon because I want to make sure my dogs get the service she offers.

My persian cat Teddy was so matted and uncomfortable. We came across Kelly's business page and decided to go for a consultation. Kelly was so friendly and lovely with such a beautiful groomers, she also knew exactly what was right for Teddy. He had a beautiful lion cut 🦁, before the cut he was so miserable, uncomfortable, very reserved and didn't want a fuss at all. He came out looking amazing & he's like a new cat!! He was so much happier straight away, and for one of the first times ever he gave us cuddles and played! He absolutely loved his experience with Kelly, we would 100% take him again and highly recommend to anyone! Thank you. X

I was so impressed with Kelly on her expert advice and professional grooming of my cat Billy. Kelly was kind and caring towards Billy, extremely confident handling him showing love , patience and reassurance. Her grooming salon is immaculate, clean and fully equipped , safe and secure. Kelly demonstrates her expert experience, skills and qualifications in cat grooming to a high level. Everything explained clearly about Billy’s grooming etc. I was absolutely thrilled with Billy’s lion clip, Kelly did a great job and he looked beautiful and handsome . I’m sure he put up a fight as he is a very nervous boy with people, but Kelly handled him perfectly and managed him well. Billy was a bit sulky and quiet for a while but the following day after lots of sleep, he paraded around happy and content, like a true lion 😁🥰. Thank you Kelly , I highly recommend you. Honestly Kelly is so brilliant at what she does! We will be booking our cat back in at the end of the month for her belly clip and the works, before going to Kelly our girl hated water with a passion now she tries to jump in the sink and cries for us to turn the water on 😅 our cat always looks and smells amazing after one of her sessions here and I love how secure the property is with all of the precautions in place, not only is Kelly qualified but she's award winning and will try to help educate you on the coat care your pet needs, she also works to understand each of her clients and their behaviours to improve their experience with being groomed and I think that extra care and consideration is incredibly important.
