Domino's Pizza - Coventry - City Centre

Pizza was divine, best dominos I have been to. Lovely service, kind and friendly staff. Quick service and food was hot.

Changed from collect in store to delivery because didn’t realise the term ‘city centre’ implies a place relatively far away from the centre I would expect. Delivery was quick but by the pizza was cold as well.

My personal rating would be negative 5 stars. Extremely disappointing customer service, and i am talking about the manager, not even the staff. Never seen such an irresponsible and ignorant being as a manager before. Additional benefits including extremely poor time management, rude and condescending behaviour etc.

If I compare the vegan dough and the normal deep pan, there is not much of a difference ☺️✨🥰🌈
