Pizza Hut Restaurants

Not impressed with the cut down on toppings. Look how much crust there is? Stop being so stingy Pizza Hut and make them how you used to. Your pizza is very expensive. I’ve been using your pizza hut since it opened. Very disappointed on our last two visits.

It was a lovely experience to take my son here for his birthday. The waitresses were really friendly and provided a fantastic service from start to finish. The food was delicious and fresh as well as came out in a timely manner. The entire restaurant was immaculate and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning again. Thank You for a wonderful time :)

Went during the week to buffet, found seating fast, had to order on app from table no cash so didn't like that. Plates were cold , veggy option is not huge!! Waited for 2 pizza Margarita or veg so longer wait for food. Only 2 pasta options perhaps expand this.

First time in Pizza Hut since Covid and crikey what's happened? Firstly, you have to order online, not a major issue, unless you have a question and have to track down the elusive staff. Added the meerkat code and it wouldn't work, little annoying as it mentioned all deals other than the "Individual" that we'd just punched in. Not a major problem, granted, but had we actually had a member of staff serving us, this question would've been asked straight away. The irony then, after removing the order and reordering in order to get the 2 for 1, was that it asked if we wanted to give a tip, when we'd not actually recieved any customer service. Food was pretty quick, hot and tasted good, but toppings-wise the pizzas were rather bare. Glasses for the drinks grimy, as were the salad bowls. To be fair, someone did come and ask if the meals were OK when we'd nearly finished, but once we'd finished, no one came up to ask how the meals were, collect our plates and offer desserts so we didn't bother. The toilets were dirty, the taps in the gents were freezing cold and the ladies barely worked. We left no acknowledgement, nevermind a "thank you for spending nearly £100 with us". Will not be returning, and looking at some similar reviews, neither will a lot of people. Sort it out Pizza Hut.

Fantastic attention to detail! Georgina the manager, Paige, and another duty manager where fantastic when dealing with our order. My Girlfriend is Coleiac and lactose intolerant so they took extra care and precaution to make sure there was no cross contamination. We ordered twice from this restaurant to takeaway and had no issues whatsoever! Fantastic food and great staff. Well done guys 👍
