Ben installed my new Viessmann Combi boiler last year after my old boiler stopped working. He’s recently just came to service it to keep in with its warranty. Highly recommend.

Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He did a fantastic job installing our new boiler, and servicing it each year since it was installed. I can't recommend him enough.

I called Ben along with other plumbers on Monday morning. It is surprising how often you call trades people and they either do not answer or do not come back to you when they say they will. Ben not only answered the phone but came to have a look at the problem late afternoon the same day! Ben said that he would come round the next day to undertake the job which he did and I was very satisfied with the work and the professional service he provided, his rate was competitive too :) Will recommend and use again!

Had Ben to do 5th year boiler service. He took it apart to reveal the combustion chamber had never been cleaned by previous engineers!!!! He polished it to brand new condition. Was a treat to have a job well done in this day and age where nobody cares but charges the earth. Fully recommended.
