Croft Property Management

We have been using the services of Croft Property Management to let our property for 13+ years now and we are very happy with the service provided. Chris is always available for help or advice, and has ensured that all of our renewals and changes in tenancy have gone smoothly. Repairs are handled quickly by the team and work is of an excellent standard. We are very pleased to be able to trust the running of our property to such an excellent company.

I asked Croft Property Management to take over management of my property after a private rental arrangement went badly wrong. They were absolutely brilliant. They checked the house (which was not up to their standards) and project-managed the necessary upgrades and redecoration for me. They communicated really well through the whole process and I didn't have to worry about anything. Once the house was up to scratch (it looks great!) Croft took on management of my rentals. Their tenant screening is excellent and, again, the communication is exemplary. I am always made aware if there are any issues (e.g. tenants have requested a cat or the fence was damaged in high winds or whatever) and their advice and care of the property, the tenants and myself as landlady can't be faulted. I can't recommend them enough. I genuinely feel my house and my tenants are in good hands and I no longer have any of the worries that my private rental arrangement brought with it.

What can I say Croft Property Management has vast variety of properties collections to suit all new tenants looking for a new place to call home, All there property have well maintained inside and out with great communication skills from Chris & Geraldine fro start to finish.
