Imran was fantastic throughout my experience dealing with him. He went above and beyond what I would have expected from an estate agent and managed to deliver a good outcome in very tricky circumstances. I cannot rate him highly enough.

Lived in a property let by Mount Properties for the last 12 months and the customer service from both Imran and Moshana was great. Both were on hand wherever they could be to sort any issues out / any tenancy changes etc. happy to recommend on the basis the customer service from Imran specifically is second to none. The only negative would be the repairs website link which is hard to navigate and not very user friendly!

Mount Properties are extremely friendly and understanding housing agency that made moving home easy and stress-free. The staff are friendly and easy to get in touch with via email or phone. Moving in process, collecting keys, viewing properties, sorting out documents and things are all relatively simple, and I enjoyed living at one of their properties. Paying things like rent, bills was fine, if I was a bit late with rent or a change in job circumstances they were very understanding.
