The recruiter that helped me during this whole process was truly impeccable. joanna was consistently there for me, quite informative and very attentive. whenever i had a question she would be sure to get back to me quickly. she was very kind and would reassure me in different areas during the process. for example, when applying for a new job there can be a ton of paperwork which is daunting but when someone can tell you exactly what you need, in what timeframe and where to get it, that really puts your mind to ease. due to how informative joanna was during the process, all the paperwork was able to be sorted quickly and without most of the headache that comes with paperwork. when i went to pick up my equipment i didn't know where the hmrc building was located but she went out of her way to give me detailed directions on the best way there. sometimes getting a new job is worrying and stressful, it's nice to have someone like joanna there to reassure you things are running as planned, be there for you when you have questions and inform you on what documents are needed. i couldn't have asked for more from a recruiter!
