I Have been out of Work for my first ever Time in 40 years & it's been a Terrible 12months. Then I contacted Mr Calum Bird at the Coventry Office about an Engineering Vacancy they Had available in Leicester. He listened to what I had to tell him of all the Experience I Had in the Engineering field & was very patient & Professional. I then Sent Him my CV & He then called me Back on His Next working week with a interview Date for the Job. Having contacted several other Agencies & Not one Responce in 12 months. The Work & Professionalism He has Done deserves 100% praise & Credit. I am Now back in full time work & Can not Thank the Guy enough for How quick He Has turned my Life around I would recommend Calum & Concur Recruitment team to any friend who finds themselves in the same situation as I was in. I had a call from Leah at concur whilst on fulough from another job back in August and was asked if I was looking for work and if so when could I start. I ended up starting work 2 days later after being made redundant and I’m still there now just about to be taken on full time by the company. Leah has always been there to answer any questions or queries I’ve had and answered them quickly and efficiently. Concur staff are very friendly and informative, they care about if you like to job or not, and will always be ready to listen and help resolve a situation. I have been with a lot of agencies and these guys are my favourite by a mile, they didnt make me feel like i was just another mule to help get them money. Best agency for communication! Never any issues if there ever happened to be quick chat and be followed up resolved same day. Which cant be said about others. Good comms make a good agency and they have it spot on.
