Had this company fit our house alarm back in 2011, has worked very well ever since with occassional simple maintenance by myself (battery changes, walk throughs, etc). Developed an issue more recently which is when I contacted Classic Alarms for their support. Spoke with James who provided me with instruction over the phone and arranged for him to visit. He arrived, swiftly diagnosed the problem. He explained clearly and concisely what the issue was. Provided me with a couple of options and cost implications. James was professional and courteous. He provided further troubleshooting advice as we hope to have some house renovations. Will contact them again in the future for upgrading to CCTV. Would definitely recommend their service. I recently hired Classic Alarms to install a security system in my new home and would definitely recommend them. Everybody involved in the process was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Cath has an excellent telephone manner and was very helpful in getting our job booked in. James, who fitted the alarm was absolutely fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn't mind all the questions we were firing at him! There was lots of banter throughout the day and I can't fault his work at all. I was worried about the mess but James cleaned up after himself and the finishing where he fitted the sensors etc is mint. All the cables etc are well hidden and very tidy. James was very thorough right from the beginning when he came round to quote the job and up to the end when he showed us how to operate the system. A special shout out to Billy who popped in especially to climb into the loft space through a tiny hatch to get some cabling in! I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again :) Thank you so much!

Kath, James and Jamie did a fantastic job with installing a wired Pyronix Alarm System. The workmanship and customer service is of the highest quality. The team were able to answer queries quickly and came back to resolve anything I was not happy about. The team went out of the way to install the alarm to the exact specifications I requested whereas other contractors hesitated. The team were always polite and not overly pushy in terms of selling me additional services. The Price was fair and represented excellent value for money. The team did not leave any mess behind either and always arrived on time during the process of the alarm installation. Overall a very professional service and I would have no hesitation in recommending to potential clients.
