Clear Sound Security CCTV & Alarms Coventry

I recently moved into my new house and had an issue with the alarm system not working. I had used Clearsound for the school that I work for previously so knew of their expertise in the field. They were quick to give me an appointment at a time that worked around my availability, called me half an hour before they arrived as I’d asked and did a very efficient job to get my new home secure. Many thanks to Phil and Ethan the engineers assigned to me. They were professional, courteous and got the job done as they said they would (on a horrible, cold and wet day). Would be happy to recommend them for any security/alarm system needs.

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear, understandable information and advice. Positioning of cameras and quality if images excellent. Staff are polite and helpfull, and willing to reiterate information if necessary. I had a problem sharing the app with my family, and the engineer came out straight away and sorted it out.

After our security system decided to fail us after 25 years of service we decided to look at potentially upgrading/replacing our existing security system. On looking at the positives and negatives of a smart home security system(the inherent vulnerabilities of a wifi based system) we decided to replace/upgrade our existing system. We booked a consultation with a gentleman by the name of David who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us the information we needed to make the right decision. As replacing our obsolete security was a priority David was prompt and thanks to a cancellation managed to arrange an installation for the following day. The two gentlemen (Matthew and Cameron) who arrived the following morning were professional and the installation was done to an extremely high standard. The overall experience was a very positive one and I would recommend this company to friends and family.

After many years we decided to have CCTV fitted in our Nursery Setting. After having many companies come around and provide us with quotes etc we decided to go with Clear Sound Security. All installations had to be fitted during working hours which we knew would be a challenge as we have 45 children each day!!! After having a couple of meetings to discuss this with the team and the 2 installation guys, work began the following week. I was so very impressed with the service these guys provided, they worked with us carefully to avoid too much disruption in each room, they provided us with regular updates about what they would be doing next, if there was a particularly demanding day they changed their plans to meet the settings needs. Our installation team Connor and Cameron were extremely professional while being friendly towards staff at all times. They were there on time and completed a full day each day. ( which these days is very refreshing) The CCTV cameras took 2 weeks to install with minimum disruption and they are all fitted and working perfectly, we have had conversations with the company about a couple of minor issues that have been dealt with immediately.
