Great service. Professional team. Would definitely recommend, they have certainly looked after us over the last 4 years.

Following a harrowing experience of being burgled we asked for some quotes from what we thought were local companies. ADT came to our house and unfortunately the representative employed “double glazing” style sales. He even phoned his manager! On top of that when we worked out the total amount we would pay over the three years it worked out three times as much as everyone else. We got two other quotes from Coventry based companies as well. The first one again tried to employ hard sales pressure on us. We were in shock don’t forget, we didn’t need it. We had Status come out the day after our call and I can honestly say I was more than satisfied with the advice they gave. It was a busy day in their sales office as they chap who came around was the managing director. He explained he did not want to let us down. Anyway, we had some advice and being totally honest they were £80 more expensive that their competitor, but we were getting an alarm that we wanted. A week went past and the engineer (Vernon) came around. The lad worked really hard and fitting the job in the day, not mess, and no cables showing. We have a little tag on our house keys that we use to set our alarm, I forgot and walked in. One phone call to Status and the engineer gave us the reset code over the phone. Overall a happy customer.

Fantastic Alarm and CCTV system with no mess!ⁿ I had Paul and Adam fit a full Intruder Alarm and HD CCTV system in our home. Our house was four-month from being brand new on a new housing estate. We were worried that we would see alarm cables and holes in our walls, something you do not want from in a new house. We was considering one of those wireless alarms, but the designer said they still need batteries changing and it might be difficult for me to change them as I have limited mobility. The amount of work was staggering. The two fitters put the sellotape type covering over all the carpets even though they took their shoes off. They were able to take up the carpets and put access ports in rather than another companies proposal to take up the spanboards without effecting them. The developer disagreed and said up would require replacing them. When they fitted the CCTV system, they were brilliant. They asked where I wanted covering against whether I wanted full property covering. I wanted my garden and shed covering. They put the cameras in a temporary position so I could see what the final picture would be. This allowed me to move one slightly. Overall it was a positive experience. They managed to install entire handfuls of cable that never appeared on any wall. You would not even know they had been there!
