Under staffed and after waiting half hour to get served was told first walkers start from a size 4. My granddaughter is a size 3. The only other option was a soft sole shoe, which is no good for her.

I like the shoes, they are good quality. I thought the staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful even though the shop was rather quiet; I was so excited to get my son's first walkers and the young lady got frustrated because my 14 month old wouldn't keep his foot still.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff Store Manager was so helpful when I popped into store last week helped me with the right pair of shoes I needed because i wasn't sure which to choose the service from start to finish was 5 star will defo be back again

Shoes are always comfortable and fit well. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, they are also willing to go the extra mile - a staff member held my phone on a video call so my husband could see me try on shoes. Thank you!
