Bad experience with this store, staff is very bad.I forgot my stuff they never gave it back.Never going there

Appalling customer service, was trying on some stuff in the fitting rooms and was told to put the items back out after, too many lazy people working there. Will not be shopping there again!

Can not praise staff enough! Had ordered some trainers online as a Christmas gift to only receive to left trainer! After no contact back from footasylum on there live chat and also the what’s app live chat I decided to take my incomplete order to the Coventry store. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a special thanks to a lad called Brad who was able to find me an alternative product in the same size and exchange it for the single left shoe.

Very unprofessional staff, there’s a kind of scam going on in this store items with reduced price tags when you take it to the till they will charge you a higher price saying it’s different one from the ones which is on sale
