For a spa local it was very good. The massage was the best I've had. Only down side the changing rooms far too small if want shower Luckily as local we went home for ours. No idea on pricing as birthday treat from my daughter. But definitely go back

I went to get an Elemis pro glow facial and was quite disappointed with the facial I had giving it cost £87 for just 45 minutes of treatment. I expected more than just cleansing, toning and mask and massage to be applied to my skin and not for that long. I could have purchased the products and done this myself at home. I had hoped to have some kind of machine treatment to help improve my skin rather than just creams and oils applied to the skin and washed off after a few minutes. The spa was nice and clean with good ambiance. The lady who did my facial was pleasant and nice. However she didn't check what my needs were for my skin type, there was no headband for my head which usually is a must in any facials to prevent hair sticking to the face or getting in the way. The actual facial treatment seems very basic and more time was spent on the head and shoulder massage. The massage itself wasn't comfortable, I certainly didn't feel relaxed after having it. Following the facial, there appeared to be no obvious change to my skin, I did not notice any change in the appearance or any improvement, this was quite disheartening as i kept trying to remain positive that i would see some results. To be honest i have had much more better and in depth facials elsewhere which cost less than half of what i paid and where the beautician took time to assess my skin and address my concerns. This facial just felt robotic and nothing to sing and dance about. I would not recommend this facial at a whopping £87 for 50 minutes or so and this certainly was not a high end luxury facial by any means.

Wouldn’t recommend. My boyfriend booked a package at this spa as a birthday present which included a hot stone massage, bubbly and use of the spa. We attended the spa as per what the booking email stated “we look forward to seeing you at your appointment slot of 4:15pm”. We paid a deposit when we booked and we’re charged the remainder when we arrived unaware we wouldn’t be receiving our full package. Staff didn’t mention this to us. After our massage we walked into the spa to find they were turning the facilities off at 5:30pm as they stated they needed to clean and close up for 6pm. We had paid £240 for two massages only. We should have only been charged for the services we were able to receive. The company have basically over charged us and failed to mention when we attended the spa that the spa would be shutting straight after the massage. We stated we were happy to pay for the services we received but want a refund for the use of the spa. The company won’t give us a refund so having to put in a claim with the bank. They put at the bottom of the booking email “to check closing times for use of the spa”. After they put looking forward to seeing you at 4:15 you just expect to receive your full package from that time. They have offered for us to use the spa on another day free of charge, but we are based on the Wirral and it would make no sense to travel all that way for a service we should have received in the first place. Terrible customer service. And spa is basic and connected to local leisure baths in the town centre. If you’re looking for a spa retreat I would go elsewhere

He was SO helpful and welcoming, gave us all the info we needed and more. we chatted for a while and i just just think that he is what i love to see when walking into a new place. warm and vibrant! the spa its self was so nice and the massage was wonderful. Just what my husband and i needed

Amazing Experience ☺️ Thank you for your hard work Emma! 💕✨🌈 I had a 50 minute deep tissue freestyle massage. Emma asked me which part of the body do I want her to focus on. I said my shoulders and my neck please. And she did a great job! She asked me how the pressure was throughout the experience and she could adjust to my needs 😌 I almost fell asleep from how good it felt. I am so happy that I will come back again next week! 🥹💕🌈✨
