Decathlon

We went to coventry decathlon to see a bike but we ended up buying a bike immediately due to the persuasive description of the bikes that zeyd gave us. zeyd was extremely helpful giving us key info. thanks zeyd for helping us get our new bike!

Decathlon in coventry so far has the best costumer service. as a athlete, i do appreciate when someone share the same interest, and know what is talking about. thanks to martha for great conversation and advice on a good level. she proves me that i have some gaps in my knowledge.thanks to her i could get gear which i needed. 5 🌟 keep that level

Ordered some new walking boots online after looking at the description and reviews. really pleased with how easier the process was and how helpful the team were at the coventry store too. helpful and happy to give advice on products. the walking boots are perfect, a great fit and so lightweight, just what i was looking for and much better priced than others i had tried. very happy with the service and purchase. will return to this store again as very happy.

Really excellent store with lovely helpful staff. after researching online we came to store to pick up a new bicycle for my wife. i expected just to pick up the bicycle in a box, but michael really looked after us by checking the bike over and adjusting as necessary, and even installed the mudguards that we'd just purchased. really exceptional service and excellent value - thank you.

3 stars because what we were after, whilst advertised as being available in store was not. we spoke to 2 members of staff, with the second having a little more product knowledge so gave some advice. what we did like was not being hassled, and the really good variety of accessories: boxing, weight lifting, nutrition. shoe selection wasn't great nor clothes, the staff did say it was one of the smaller stores, but still looked pretty good to us.
