I was lucky enough to experience some of the best customer service here, directions were clear and everything was walked through in detail that was super easy to digest! The friendly atmosphere relieved the stress of moving out and I’m very happy that I chose Access Storage! Would definitely recommend! Special shout out to the manager Mani as well, such a great guy!

I had to move in some things from my office as I’m moving locations in the UK - called and Tanya gave me a quote instantly, got it emailed to me because I’m quite busy, reviewed it later and then arranged the unit when I called back and dealt with Mani. They were both amazing, very welcoming in reception and helpful. They explained all of the process as we reviewed the contract papers. Got everything moved into the unit in less than an hour.

Reception staff were very helpful! I was able to get into the unit today and can now store my items away. Facilities are great with a large lift which is very useful and lots of stacking trolleys available! The site on the whole is pretty clean, and serves its purpose to my storage requirements!

I had to find a last minute storage unit as I was moving out my uni house and was stressed …I came in to originally buy storage boxes and Tanya was one of the lovely staff members that helped me out. Her customer service is 10/10 …she was patient with me , answered all my questions in a very polite manner and went through all paperwork and told me exactly what I’m signing for. She helped me secured a unit within 24 hrs and they were selling out fast so the holding deposit she offered me really helped me a lot as I came in the next day and secured my unit ..throughout everything she really did her job at an excellent standard and she even remembered me from 2 years ago when I stored my belongings here which really made me happy as it’s rare for staff members to remember faces. I would 100% recommend using access storage , it’s safe, secure, and your belongings are protected with insurance. Personally Tanya can sort you out and get you exactly what you want Thank you for your services
