I had an efficient experience with Safestore Coventry. I was in a desperate situation for storages and I had my quotes matching with what was advised on the phone and was able to refer to it in my confirmation email. They were more than happy for me to compare costs with others but upon seeing how clean and kind the staff were specially Rushida, I signed the contract on the same day. They were patient and understanding of me wanting to arrange a viewing as I had a few appliances to store. The hours to access were clear. The staff were approachable and helpful. I used this unit to store my goods as I am a student who needed temporary storage during the Summer. I must say that the customer service was very good, I was helped out by a team member called Rashida , who went the extra mile to help me out. I would use this storage unit again!
