Staff are really friendly, the place has a great atmosphere. However can be unreliable in my experience - I booked in 3 times before I actually got my tattoo done. Once was mix up with appointment times and the second time the place was shut (never received a follow up on that one). I only had a small piece done so may have not been a profitable enough customer. Great service once I actually got it done!

Skilled artists and professional approach. They are very good at what they do. I visited this place an year back to do my first tattoo. It was a small tattoo that I designed myself. They quoted for that reasonably and gave me an appointment. When I reached there on the date and time of my appointment, they were ready with all the preparations. The place was clean and hygienic . The tattoo was completed in around 35 minutes. Apart from the initial peeling of skin associated with new tattoos, I never had any discomforts later on.I recommended this place.

I visited Martin to have a tattoo done as part of a sleeve in progress. Upon arrival, I was greeted and a lot of effort was made, prior to my booking, to ensure the stencil was up to scratch and would fit in the area. Martin was very professional and friendly throughout the whole sitting and it was a pleasure to get to know him. I would highly recommend a visit to Dragonfly if you are hoping for an all-round good experience.
