The Tattoo Shop

I can't say this was my best tattoo experience. I booked via Instagram and the artist was responsive. However when I got to the shop I wasn't greeted, or even treated like I was expected. My tattoo artist then left the premises to go to the shop to get herself and her colleagues a coke and some snacks from the shop. Meaning I was left waiting for over 10 minutes without any explanation. I then had to wait for her to set up when she returned, so I'd waited around 15/20 minutes before any tattooing even started. She wasn't particularly chatty, not a problem; I'd brought something to read with me. But the artist working next to her decided that this was the time to continue with banter. He kept teasing that she didn't have many tattoos, so who would want to use her as their artist. And commenting on how young she was, asking jokes about clients IDing her before starting. I didn't doubt her ability but it didn't exactly make for a comfortable or relaxed experience. I doubt I would use this shop again, or recommend them to anyone. The 3 stars are purely for my tattoo, it's well done. But customer service would score a zero.

i got a few more tattoos added to my arm and leg from Codey. she helped me pick designs from the ideas i give her, and had added detail to make it look how i wanted it to. she listened to my ideas and was patient which i always appreciate and had good energy and conversation. i also got my third and fourth loves done by her and she done amazing with these too. Such a lovely person and will definitely be going back! thanks again :) xx

4 tattoos and 1 cover so far with The Tattoo Shop Coventry. The talent and skill in the shop is unmatched and the environment is extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

One of my favourite studios and definitely the nicest work in Coventry! Always feel welcomed here and at ease when I've got a full day session. Great atmosphere and a good laugh. Highly rate Callum and would recommend him and this studio to anyone. There are a few different artists each with their own style which is great if you are looking for a particular style, you will likely find what you want by an artist here. Looking forward to booking my next tattoo at The Tattoo Shop.

Had my second lobe piercings done and got both of my children's first ear piercings here. Brilliant job! Partner had a hand tattoo whilst he waited and thinks its awesome 👌 Many thanks!
