What can I say… I had the absolute delight of speaking to Amelia, who could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I was quite stressed, as the website took me all the way through to payment and then said there was a problem (after taking payment). Amelia was so very kind and patient, answering all my questions making sure I had the best experience possible. I now have my dream holiday booked and was blown away by the level of customer care. Thank you Amelia and thank you TUI.

Yvonne and Emmy were so helpful when we booked our first cruise. Nothing was too much of an ask and their expertise were really valued. We would definitely go to them to book again.

We have visited this TUI store twice on occasion (soon to be 3). The first time the amazing lady Cheryl who booked our holiday, seats, luggage, sorted out our names and gave us an insurance quote in pretty much under an hour. She also price matched our holiday to what we had found online which was great as well. As well as this she also put in special requests to the hotel and advised us when payments were due and when to visit the store. The second time we visited we had a young lady serve us (sorry I forgot your name🙈) and she was also great as well, amending our booking and sorting our insurance out as well for us which was also price matched to our previous quote. She gave such attention to detail, such as noticing our holiday price had increased in one tiny area that even we couldn’t see-without this being noticed we would have been paying almost £200 more so thank you!! We had some issues with when the payment was due which we went down to the store immediately and this was rectified and we even got an explanation as to what had gone wrong. Brilliant service and can’t wait for our next visit soon! Will definitely be booking our holidays in store from now on!!
