I'm slightly disappointed with the service i had today. been told that all the windows been washed and i did double ask if it really is. when i got back into flat i so that the other side wasn't even touched. didn't like it that the man was sort of in the rush, but thanks that it was a free trial. shame...
Good service and always good response when emailing. majority of the windows are usually always sparkling, though the back windows are prone to watermarks - not sure if this is be wise they’re south da ing and more exposed to wind (more dust being blown into them before drying etc), so is no fault of theirs! can be a bit hit and miss as to what day/week they’ll come, which isn’t much of a problem during covid/work-from-home times as we can just dash down and open the gate.
