Hot Yoga Coventry

Amazing class! I’ve never done hot bikram yoga before, John was so welcoming and accommodating for all levels. Will be back!

I've just had my first experience of HYC with a Bikram session. The studio and facilitates were excellent and John was a knowledgeable and patient teacher. I came out of the session feeling euphoric. Thank you for the experience - I will certainly be back!

I reckon that John is the only Bikram teacher inda Midlands and he really pays attention to what he's doing. Detail oriented, makes sure to prevent injuries and is flexible enough to open the door at times when we are having a really hard time. The studio has nothing to envy to others and you will have the same audience in each session, the ones that are as obsessed as you are with Bikram x

We had a great time at the hot yoga class. 4 of us went for our friends hen do. We have done yoga before but not regularly, only one of us had done hot yoga before and personally it was a great first time experience for me. It was hotter and more challenging than I was expecting but I really enjoyed it and John was a great teacher.

Went for a class with my friend about a month ago and discovered my love for yoga. I am enjoying it so much and it has now become a part of my daily routine. Bikram Yoga has been my favourite, John is such a great instructor and gets us to achieve the best. You’ll be amazed at what your body can do! Really pleased I found this place and this new hobby.
