I bought day pass here as i had a meeting in the area and couldn't find a gym locally. i was greeted with a wonderful reception from darren, a staff member there who instantly put me at ease. the equipment is great and the gym is quiet and clean. would recommend and would visit again!
One of the best gyms the area has, next to nuffield health which is now so oversubscribed (and three times the price) it’s just not an option for a solid workout, not to mention the army of under 18’s it has there 10-deep on the equipment. …
