Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Crawley

Hit and miss with friendly staff, expect long waits both in store and waiting for appointments and the actual glasses. One of the opticians was so rude to me on the phone. One in Crawley town centre Is better.

All The staff at hazelwick branch were helpful and very very patient with me , I have difficult eyes and Jay and the lovely eye test lady were really good to eventually get my varifocals to the right prescription , really greatful to Jay …

Fantastic team there, was very pleased with my first eye test with them. All the staff were very polite & kind, but also knowledgeable & explanatory. Will use them again.
