Tania had been recommended to me by a work colleague as I have been suffering with a painfully stiff neck and upper back. I was a little apprehensive at first as i have not had a massage before. She listened to my concerns and I felt reassures by her manner and tone of her voice. i booked an appointment and I can honestly say it was the best appointment I have ever made. My back is feeling so much better and after just one treatment I could turn my head without being in pain any more. I have many appointments now with Tania for lost of different treatments. I think I am just working down her list! I can only say I am looking forward to my next treatment and if you have any pain at all......give her a ring!

I have suffered back problems for many years and most of the time it goes away on its own. A few months ago I was in a lot of pain with my back for days with no sign of it going away. I rang several places to try to get some treatment but most places could only offer appointments a week down the line. Then I came across Embrace while doing a Google search. I am so glad I did. Tania is amazing. She managed to shuffle her appointments around in order to fit me in the following day. She treated me with acupuncture and a deep massage, the results were instant my back felt so much better and I could actually bend down to put my shoes on. I decided I would follow up my visit with another appointment the week after and my back after this treatment was back to normal. I cannot recommend her highly enough she is a lovely person and is the only person I will go to if I need treatment in the future
