Our daughter had been suffering from chronic pain and constipation which had left her in a wheelchair and stumped the children's hospital she is under, who could only offer her pain management. After nearly 3 years of not getting anywhere we decided to try alternatives as at 15, she was incredibly worried about her future. We are so glad we got in touch with Jackie! It has been 3 months so far and the change has been life altering! She no longer needs the wheelchair and is off the medication she used to help her sleep. Her bowel issues have resolved and she can finally see the future she wants and deserves. Jackie has been amazing throughout, explaining everything and is so thorough and kind. I cannot recommend her enough and will forever be grateful for what she has achieved for our daughter.

A truly wonderful Chinese Medical Centre, Dr Jackie has treated me with herbs and acupuncture, for conditions such as persistent sinusitis, IBS type symptoms, recovery from abdominal surgery and hormone balance. I have been seeing Jackie for a couple of months to treat a long time pain in my shoulders. This has been causing me pain over a number of years. I initially had treatments twice a week and after each session I would feel relief and then before my next session it would come back (but not as badly) after about 3/4 weeks I then started to experience pins and needles sensation in my shoulders in phases. This lasted on and off for about 3 weeks. The past 2 weeks I have experienced no pain and am feeling much more relief in my shoulders with much less tension. Jackie is very personable and made me feel at ease from the beginning. I am so pleased I continued with this treatment as it took longer then I thought but my pain now has been relieved.

I started seeing Jackie for chronic nerve pain as well as altered cold/hot sensations to my hand and persistent migraines following a severe dog attack. Jackie at the Chinese Medical Centre has simply worked a miracle. I had shingles this Summer and was suffering with ongoing pain - after a colleague told me how acupuncture had cleared her husband’s recurring shingles and pain, I called the Chinese Medical Centre one Saturday morning and Jackie literally stayed open that afternoon to get treatment going for me. Several initial sessions that reduced to 1 a week made a huge difference very quickly and 4 weeks later the pain had gone.. and it’s not returned. I’d been suffering for over 2 months before I went . I go now to help restore my energy as I’m going through a very tough time personally, and I can only say that my desire to run, swim and cycle has returned after a huge energy low … I can whole heartedly recommend Jackie’s treatments.
