Being a single female and knowing nothing about cars, i am always wary about being 'ripped off', but no worries here. the electronic handbrake on my discovery was repaired at a most reasonable price and the car was returned lovely and clean. a personal service, highly recommended and i know where i'll be going in future!
I broke down today with my exhaust pipe snapping off. i called the garage to see what could be done. i managed to get to the garage which was less than 1 mile away. to be greeted with a smile and helping hands within 15 mins my van had been repaired and i could continue with my deliveries. definitely a life saver. thank you so much. excellent and professional. highly recommended
Friendly team! i took my car in to find out what was wrong with my air con and to get it fixed. i had an idea of what it might be from my mechanic. the fault was diagnosed and recommendations made. as the pricing was beyond my budget, i asked to be billed so i could return when ready. i felt the charge for diagnosing the problem was high and there was insufficient transparency/certainty on the quote provided. for this reason, they drop two stars.
