The shutters that we purchased for our dental practice recently were exactly what we expected. functional and decorative they are easy to clean and operate with more structure and sturdiness than the previous fabric type. abbey blinds were helpful, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. highly recommended by us and would certainly use again.
Ordered a shutter from abbey blinds for our bathroom, and was advised of an eight week delivery period due to manufacture in china. it was finally fitted after a 13 week wait!!on 28/08/18 we ordered two curtains for our lounge and were advised of a 7 week delivery period. the curtains were finally fitted on 11/12/18,but one curtain pole was incorrectly fitted ("middle" bracket not in the middle),this being finally rectified after 3 visits on the 29/01/19,some 19 weeks after paying the first half of the bill!!! fitting of the poles was a problem.the first pole was not level,a bracket on the larger pole was not in the middle,some 5.5 ins.out.two metal poles were cut short in our lounge(not outside) and the fitter did not wear slip on overshoes to protect our carpet on any visits!!! if you do not mind waiting a ridiculous length of time for completion of your job then abbey blinds may be the firm for you.as for us we will not touch them again with a barge pole/curtain pole
We've just had our new blinds fitted today and i absolutely love them. gary and the team were very professional and efficient, the blinds were ready in the time scale and were fitted within two day's. i would highly recommend and would definitely use abbey blinds again.
Excellent company. one of my blinds was a little short on the width. it was rectified immediately. without quibble. i would certainly buy from them again.
Great service from jason and gary. had a bespoke blind fitted that other blind suppliers were unable to do. they provided a friendly, professional service throughout. on initial installation there was an issue due to a mistake by the supplier (not abbey blind’s fault). was dealt with promptly and sorted in a timely manner, with great communication throughout. extremely happy with the product.
