Came in to have a meal with my son & friend and Adele went that extra mile for us especially with getting a glass for my son as the capri sun straw went all soggy. We had the lunch deal and my son had the kids meal and 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream, delicious food with a big smile, friendly, chatty & top notch service just what I needed after a 4 hour journey to visit my friend for the weekend. Keep up the good work Adele

Wow had a fantastic meal the food was delicious the staff are all so friendly and inviting nothing is to much trouble for them a lovely pub with a nice relaxed atmosphere even did us a surprise happy Anniversary dessert plate made us feel special celebrating are special day so glad we went thank you 😊

We booked a table at the Duke of Gloucester as a last minute situation and cannot express how happy that has made us. We booked a table for four and on arrival Adele seated us and then moved us to a better table (even though we expressed we might bother the table next to us). Adele was chatty, friendly and couldn't be more help, making sure our every whim (apart from a 32oz steak) was catered for. The food was absolutely exceptional, ordering a 'small' fish and chips, two mixed grills and the seabass, wall demolished our food as it was all cooked to perfection and served with aplomb. We are absolutely going back again, as this level of service in a pub chain was just astonishing. Really happy, lovely clean tidy and brilliant food. Very happy. Thank you Adele 🥰

Been here a few times for food. Both times the food was lovely. It's clean and tidy and the beer garden was really nice to sit in when it was sunny. Great location and great easy parking.

Been here a few times now and always happy with the food and service. The staff are really freindly and helpful and I'm looking foward to enjoying Christmas Dinner here with my family. I've tried the Garden Burger, Ratatouille Linguine and Red Pepper, Mixed Bean and Aubergine Chilli and have been impresed by them all. Great vegan options and good prices as well!
