I recently used the the body repair service following third party damage to my six month old Skoda Superb. The third party had put long abrasions to my immaculate body panels on the driver's side. The service received and quality of work is faultless and I once again have an immaculate car! A professional garage who's staff offer an excellent service from start to finish My fourteen year old Mazda MX-5 will need some light cosmetic work later in the year and I know I will be in safe hands when I take it to Swansway. Thanks to all the team for a flawless repair!

Thank you to all the staff at Swansway Accident Repair. I had an accident in my 3 months old Audi SQ5. The bonnet , bumper and all the front of the car was damaged, when I skidded on black ice. I never imagined the car would look the same again. However the bodyshop repaired the car in new condition, I was amazed how quick and how the car looked when I arrive to collect it. They had done a brilliant job, and my pride and joy, looked like brand new again. The staff where so pleasant and helpful, and they delivered a 1st class service. Thank you again. After being in a none fault accident almost 8 months ago I have finally received my car back. I’m not one to leave reviews but the way this company have treated me and my vehicle are unacceptable. I was given 4/5 separate dates when the car would be ready all of which I had to schedule time off work to then be told on the day after chasing and ringing numerous times that it wasn’t ready. I don’t think anybody in the place communicates with each other. Eventually when I got the car back I was absolutely mortified (photos attached) it smells so bad, the whole vehicle is covered in dust and the rear seat belt where my 6 year old daughter sits is overgrown with mould. Baring in mind this is a 2021 plate Range Rover Vouge and was just over a year old when the accident happened. After driving the car home, multiple engine warning lights came on and I had to call them up the following day. I was contacted by the manager Mark Trevor’s who was apparently so embarrassed, like I said I’m not one to complain so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed with the bad communication between them maybe the ‘valet’ had gotten lost in translation. The car was delivered to me a week ago while I was away on holiday, and I was excited to get home to the hopes of it being ‘as good as new!’ To say I am upset is an understatement, mechanically the car is fixed yes (up to now…) but as for them being so embarrassed about the state I received it back in last time there hasn’t been as little as a flash wipe over the seats, again it is thick with dust it smells horrendous and the lovely mouldy seatbelt which may I add is a complete danger to my daughters health has been growing nicely in the heat while it’s been sat on my driveway. I am utterly disgusted that I have been treated with such disregard not only as a customer but also to my health.
