Absolutely recommend Ray and the team at Valley Brook. I bought a Jaguar XJ back in October. The viewing and buying process was as it should be, friendly and no pressure at all. With two days left of my 3 month warranty my car had a suspension issue and was undrivable. Lewis arranged for a 7 ton recovery truck within 24 hours and the repair was done very promptly without any issues at all. Top class service.

I bought my Volvo just short of 3 months ago had a fault on one of the cencurs phoned them up no problem car went in.i had a courtesy car ready for me. Job done no myther absolutely brilliant people on looking at the car for the 1st time I got picked up from the train station by the amazing lady who took me to see my new car. I was and am very impressed of the service and no hesitation will be going back when I need a new car.
